Do you have the drive and relevant experience
to join our Sydney head office in this exciting new career opportunity within
our Procurement Team?
Reporting to the Procurement Manager,
you will be responsible and accountable for the efficient and accurate
production of quotations nationally, ensuring that the quoting process is
managed efficiently and is aligned in accordance with set guidelines and
customer expectations for quote turnaround times.
In addition, you will be responsible for
external supplier relationships and you will be accountable for effective
communication with internal departments across the business.
Our ideal candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the fleet leasing industry will be
highly regarded
- Knowledge of dealership structure and process
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional administration skills required along with a strong
attention to detail
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and
Outlook)
- Confident phone manner
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work to strict
and tight deadlines
